Case Managers provide intensive case management services to guide clients on the road to a life free of incarceration. Clients receive hands on assistance with professional case managers to achieve their goals.

The Case Managers address various advocacy needs, providing linkages to appropriate services including housing, employment, education, healthcare, spiritual and family reunification.

The Case Managers offer supervision and monitoring to ensure accountability to each client’s plan of action. In addition, Case Managers provide educational, vocational referrals,transportation vouchers, faith based mentorship and support counseling to meet and sustain these goals.
